Booking

Unless otherwise arranged we will always make contact with property owners prior to making a delivery. 

​

Booking a delivery time online is only a request and times are not confirmed until you receive booking confirmation from a member of our team. 

​

If you are ordering less than a half cord your order will generally be delivered with other orders and this can mean waiting for our logistics to get to your area. 

​

We deliver based on an area by area roster and cannot guarantee delivery times, especially during the cold months, unless you have a prearranged weekly or biweekly schedule, which you must pre-arrange with us via phone.

 

Deliveries 

No odd or unnecessarily inconvenient delivery locations will be used.

 

This is up to the delivery drivers discretion.

 

Delivery location on your premises is at the discretion of the delivery driver.

Examples- 

(1 )Splitting up a delivery into different locations, this compromises the measurements. We will do our best to accommodate you, in a safe and reasonable manner.  

(2) Distances farther than delivery drivers physical limitations. (Steep inclines, flights of stairs, narrow or dangerous areas)

Firewood Pick Up;

Firewood can be sold via our yard in Bastrop or Austin based on prior arrangement.​

​

Call us first to arrange times. 

 

Wood can be sold by the stack, by the truck load, by the half cord, quarter cord, full cord.

 

Piles and wood dumps that are not in a quantifiable measurements are priced-by a price-we put on a certain amount at that time- then loaded into the vehicle. 

 

Stock Availably;

Stock availably can change without notice, although we strive to keep stock levels updated we retain the right to cancel orders based on products selling out, even if order has been confirmed and payment received.

Refund Policy;

Orders can be canceled with a full refund prior to the wood being loaded onto our delivery truck.

​

Order cancellation will result in a full refund.

Cancellation policy;

We retain the right to cancel any load or Delivery, at any time for any reason.

​

This must happen via phone.

We will ALWAYS call before the wood is loaded up to confirm delivery, unless arranged otherwise.

Once wood is loaded onto delivery truck there will be a $50 discharge fee for cancellation,

 

If the truck gets to your premises and the delivery is canceled without the load being dropped off the cancellation fee is $130.

 

If the load is delivered to the premises after the order was confirmed and the wood is tipped off the order cannot be canceled and full payment due.

It is your responsibility as the firewood purchaser to confirm you are happy with wood quality before it is delivered, wood can be seen at our lot in Austin. You must call to arrange showing. 

 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. 

 

Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use information collected from individual customers.

 

 We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. 

 

We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party.

 

Emails sent by  Austin Firewood or Bastrop Firewood will only be in connection to the products and services which we provide.
